Description

• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead at ECA International to join on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract • Hybrid role requiring office presence at least twice a month • Proactive, hands-on technical leader with experience in C# (.NET Core) & React • Responsible for driving technical direction, culture & ways of working within an engineering team • Experience building front-end applications and back-end APIs • Building a self-managing, high performing development team • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to take stories from idea to execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Extensive experience in .NET Core, C#, React, and other relevant technologies • Experience leading agile development teams • Previous experience in founding and building development teams is desirable • Ability to build good working relationships • Good communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
