Description

• Lead key work streams that include Equity-Centered Process Management • Manage New Fellow Experience and All Fellows Convening processes through a lens of culturally relevant, sustaining pedagogy • Design and facilitate efficient post-process debrief meetings that capture strengths and opportunities for growth in culturally relevant, sustaining design processes • Supervise Assistant-level staff toward data-driven program implementation goals, leveraging equitable people management tools and approaches • Travel likely 3-5 times annually to represent Echoing Green (both national and international locations)

Requirements

• Global Social Justice Orientation: Facility with discussing, managing processes, and continuous learning that roots out identity biases in a globally resonant way • Innovative Process Management: Faithfully documents, manages, and iterates on processes with an eye for advancing the team’s goals and the field of culturally sustaining pedagogy. • Sharp Prioritization: Unyielding solution orientation to juggling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, global organization • Systematized Data Collection and Analysis: Rigorous system builder around collecting and analyzing patterns in qualitative and quantitative data to inform systems design and impact • Detail-Oriented Communication: Attention to detail in written and verbal communication across internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels (e.g. senior staff, Fellows, external gathering participants, peers) • Human-Centered Approach: Commitment to collaboration, laughter, and candor for oneself and others in the workplace
