📋 Description

• Primary focus: Preparation of judicial calculations in indemnity (compensation) claims, contract revision actions, and similar proceedings. • Drafting pleadings and briefs of high, medium, and low complexity. • Maintaining/updating internal and client systems. • Conducting internal audits and client-requested audits. • Assisting and supervising activities of the department's interns.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed). • Active OAB membership (6–30 months). • Experience in all stages of legal proceedings. • Experience preparing judicial calculations. • Preferable experience in civil litigation. • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
