📋 Description

• Identify and extract top-tier talent across international markets by applying advanced sourcing strategies, localized database searches, and region-specific talent mapping. • Systematically track, organize, and update large volumes of candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure real-time visibility across the recruitment funnel. • Conduct fast, rigorous candidate evaluations to assess technical qualifications, language fluency, work authorization, and cultural alignment for specific client mandates. • Build and sustain deep, ready-to-deploy pools of candidates to consistently hit strict volume quotas and tight onboarding deadlines. • Maintain clear, structured communications with applicants from initial contact through final placement, minimizing drop-off and keeping candidates engaged. • Apply tailored sourcing methods based on candidate location, with particular emphasis on European labor dynamics, alongside Asian, Middle Eastern, and African target groups.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on, high-volume sourcing experience within a recruitment agency, BPO enterprise, or high-capacity RPO firm. • Deep tactical knowledge of where and how to locate target candidate pools across different regions, particularly within European markets as well as Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. • Demonstrated hands-on experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage talent pipelines efficiently at scale. • Excellent spoken and written English skills to accurately evaluate candidate language abilities and coordinate with global team leads. • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setup, manage personal output, and thrive in an environment where earnings are directly tied to success. • Dedicated workspace, a high-performance computer, and a reliable, high-speed internet connection for conducting frequent online evaluations.
