• Lead the full sales cycle, from qualified meetings through to closing. • Deliver clear, strategic and consultative demonstrations and presentations of Edata solutions. • Identify customer needs and propose solutions that add business value. • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects and active clients, ensuring retention and expansion of opportunities. • Record and update information in the CRM, ensuring pipeline accuracy. • Monitor sales metrics, targets and conversion rates, proposing improvements when necessary. • Collaborate with Marketing, Support and Product teams to align on demands and opportunities. • Stay up to date on Edata products, the market and technology sector trends.
• Previous experience in consultative sales, preferably in the technology sector. • Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial management tools. • Skills in negotiation, prospecting and presenting solutions. • Knowledge of Edata products (preferred).
