Description
• Performing sales data entry duties in regards to performance metrics, opportunity management, and other key operational pipeline forecasting requirements. • Supporting account managers in the creation and processing of sales orders in a timely manner. • Providing client facing relationship support for EDCi clients alongside assigned Account managers. • Creating, owning, and performing prospect business development strategies to drive new leads throughout the customer experience solution team. • Act as the sales team liaison to marketing for sales driven tasks, including events, collateral, use cases, or other ad hoc requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business, IT or a related field preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency in CRM software • Healthcare and/or Genesys experience a plus, but not required
