📋 Description

• Work alongside the AI customer service system, handling complex inquiries escalated to human support and ensuring a smooth, personalized transition for authors and customers. • Handle author and customer inquiries through official channels, with a focus on WhatsApp and social media, providing guidance on products, services, processes, and timelines. • Collaborate with the customer service team and other internal departments to align processes and resolve outstanding issues. • Identify, classify, record, and organize requests, questions, and problems. • Keep customer service records and information history up to date in the support system. • Monitor recurring situations and propose ideas or improvements to customer service workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education degree. • Proven previous experience in customer service, customer support, help desk, or administrative operations with a strong focus on customer relations. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to guide customers and answer questions clearly and objectively. • Strong organizational skills to track requests, outstanding issues, and follow-ups. • Proactive, solution-oriented profile with strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with different departments across the company. • Experience with or familiarity with AI-integrated customer service tools, chatbots, and escalation to human support is a plus.
