📋 Description

• Establish direct contact with leads via email, phone and WhatsApp • Update and manage information in the CRM • Prospect and contact authors • Manage leads and monitor the sales funnel • Conduct sales meetings by phone • Handle commercial requests via email and WhatsApp.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales • Bachelor's degree in any field • Experience with telephone sales and working with sales targets/quotas • Proficiency with Google tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) • Experience with CRM systems (RD Station preferred) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience in sales, especially in the publishing industry or related services, is a plus • Proactive and able to build strong customer relationships • Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
