⢠Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students ⢠Qualify leads and identify their career goals, challenges, and educational needs ⢠Schedule consultations and guide prospects through the enrollment journey ⢠Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities ⢠Consistently meet and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets ⢠Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system ⢠Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and program offerings
⢠Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting ⢠Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal ⢠Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities ⢠Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects over the phone ⢠Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools ⢠Highly organized with strong time-management skills ⢠Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently ⢠Experience in education, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket sales is a plus
