📋 Description

• Lead the production and delivery of congresses, meetings, symposia and brand experiences • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client requirements • Coach, mentor and support Project Managers and operational team members • Partner with the Account Lead to monitor client satisfaction, operational performance, resource allocation and overall account health • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements and RAID logs • Identify risks, propose solutions and drive continuous improvement • Oversee account financials, including budget consolidation, forecasting, reporting and operational performance tracking • Improve delivery standards, processes, templates, reporting tools and AI-enabled ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience within an event agency environment • Significant exposure to pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients • Proven experience working on dedicated client accounts with complex governance, compliance and operational requirements • Strong experience managing event delivery, operational processes, reporting frameworks and team coordination • Expertise in resource planning, utilization management, forecasting and budget oversight • Advanced knowledge of Cvent • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel-based reporting and analysis • Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken • Occasional travel required to support events and account activities
