📋 Description

• You will lead a remote team of 3–4 BDRs and SDRs across Germany, which you will continue to grow and develop through coaching and targeted support • You will be responsible for directing outbound and cold-acquisition activities to identify and engage new business customers • You will develop the sales strategy, optimize presentation approaches, and support your team in successfully positioning our solution with customers • You will continuously analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities • You will organize and run events to strengthen customer loyalty and build new business relationships • You will work closely with the Business Development team in France to align cross-country strategies • You will regularly prepare reports and analyses on team performance and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least two years of leadership experience, ideally in Business Development or covering the full sales cycle • You have extensive experience in B2B sales, including hands-on work as a BDR, and understand the challenges of new customer acquisition firsthand • You know the most important sales KPIs and can successfully manage your team based on them • An initial "No" doesn’t deter you – you know how to handle objections and have the persistence to convince potential customers of the value our product delivers • You are experienced with sales tools such as Salesforce (or similar) • For your next career step, you want to personally sell a meaningful product and help transform the fitness market with us • You are fluent in German and have strong English skills, both spoken and written.
