📋 Description

• Develop and manage a pipeline of mid-to-large employer opportunities • Build relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Risk, and executive leadership • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and influencers • Partner with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners to drive new business • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on outcomes, value, and long-term impact • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience • A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities • Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach • Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals • Ability to manage a territory and stay organized in a remote environment • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is helpful, but not required
