Description

• Full-Cycle Sales Process Management: Lead a comprehensive sales process from lead generation to closings • Virtual Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective product demos tailored to prospects' needs • Sales Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust sales pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts • Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with potential clients • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with CX and Product Development teams • Salesforce documentation: Accurately document all sales activities in SFDC • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge • Cultural Ambassador: Represent company culture both internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 2-3 years in a full sales cycle quota-carrying sales role, healthcare industry preferred • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in an inside sales/virtual sales environment • Ability to build pipeline through cold outreach • Strong intrapersonal skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Groove/Outreach, Gong or similar tools • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable • Positive and enthusiastic
