📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with industrial customers and/or energy savings contract project developers. • Manage and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and provide regular updates to the Head of Sales. • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development. • Understand customer technical requirements and effectively communicate Electrified Thermal’s value proposition. • Represent Electrified Thermal at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. • Negotiate complex contracts and commercial agreements. • Work with the finance team to cultivate and maintain successful relationships with HaaS financing partners. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities. • Travel: up to 60%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an engineering degree and/or an MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in industrial markets and/or project development. • Proven experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting. • Experience in industrial equipment sales or energy savings contract (ESCO) project development preferred. • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi‑million dollar sales quotas in complex sales environments. • Knowledge and experience with industrial heating equipment and industrial heat processes preferred. • Familiarity with natural gas and electricity markets preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels. • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
