📋 Description

• Create engaging designs for websites, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials • Translate business requirements and creative briefs into effective visual concepts • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design deliverables • Use AI tools to support concept development, image generation, content creation, and workflow optimization • Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and product teams • Present design concepts and clearly explain creative decisions to clients and internal stakeholders • Review designs, provide constructive feedback, and guide junior designers • Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven creative practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic, visual, or digital design • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and content-generation tools • Excellent communication skills in English • Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, branding, and layout • Ability to receive feedback and communicate effectively with clients and team members • Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities • Experience in UI/UX, motion graphics, video editing, or a digital agency environment is an advantage
