• Strategic and Complex Sales: Manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers (Marketing Directors, CEOs, Procurement) and larger agencies. • Evangelize the Globo Ecosystem: Sell the full portfolio, including linear and connected TV (CTV) and special projects, positioning Eletromidia as a business partner rather than just a media vehicle. • Account Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans for each client in the portfolio, identifying opportunities to capture share of wallet from other media. • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends to proactively propose solutions to clients.
• University degree (completed) • Experience in consultative sales of advertising and digital media • Fluent English preferred • Established network with mid-to-large agencies and direct advertisers • Strategic business vision: ability to discuss ROI, branding and performance with C-level executives • Strong analytical skills to cross-reference audience data
