📋 Description

• Develop, consume, and maintain REST APIs to connect the HR ecosystem, including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, and Training • Build dashboards and management tools using low-code platforms, especially Retool • Identify manual bottlenecks in HR and implement RPA solutions and automation scripts • Maintain and evolve internal web applications (front-end and back-end) • Support extraction and structuring of data from multiple sources for People Analytics dashboards • Participate in requirements gathering with the HR team and propose appropriate technologies and architectures

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in PHP, Java, and JavaScript for back-end and front-end development • Practical experience with API integrations and webhooks • Knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL, including writing queries, data extraction, and modeling • Experience with BigQuery and MongoDB for handling large volumes of data • Experience using GitHub for source control • Plus: experience with Retool or similar low-code platforms • Plus: knowledge of RPA tools or building automation bots • Plus: experience with HR systems such as Senior, Gupy, Qulture, or similar • Plus: experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and IAM • Plus: hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and Gemini • Plus: familiarity with JIRA and agile methodologies • Ability to work with and modernize legacy systems
