📋 Description

• Lead IAM operations with a focus on high productivity and compliance • Monitor ticket queues for Systems, Networks and Databases, ensuring responsiveness and SLA compliance • Supervise detailed access reviews • Lead risk mapping, extraction and reconciliation of system data sources, and analysis of complex spreadsheets • Serve as the technical owner for SAP GRC (Builder), interfacing with developers and ensuring SLA adherence • Attend meetings with business and IT stakeholders to align requirements, negotiate deadlines and resolve access conflicts • Consolidate operational metrics and deliver executive presentations to client management • Be technically accountable for fixes and tasks requested by audits • Support and develop a team of 7 people • Ensure access management within SLAs, provide customer service, and maintain technical rigor for audits

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in large-scale Identity and Access Management, handling more than 1 million objects • Deep knowledge of GRC, SAP access profiles, and communication logic with ABAP • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with Business Intelligence tools • Ability in data storytelling • Generalist knowledge of Networking and Database Management to provide technical support to the team • Communicative and solution-oriented profile • Assertiveness and collaboration to ensure excellent customer experience and team strengthening • Availability to work on-site 1 day per week at the client in São Paulo, SP
