Description
•Process and oversee payroll for multiple industrial businesses within the portfolio using QuickBooks.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Full-Time Virtual Assistant with a focus on Payroll and AR/Invoicing. •Strong understanding of payroll processes and proficiency in QuickBooks and Fulcrum Pro. •Familiarity with accounts receivable and invoicing best practices. •Excellent organizational and time-management skills. •Strong attention to detail and accuracy. •Effective communication skills. •Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
