📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process • Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers • Provide bespoke technical support and architect solutions • Craft technical demonstrations communicating the product value proposition • Create technical enablement resources for the sales team • Build self-service tools and documentation enabling customers to implement solutions independently • Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features • Work with product teams to implement productized integration patterns and features

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products • Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support • Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled • Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams • Strong technical background for architecting integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions • Experience working with customers; student clubs or side projects are acceptable • Proficiency in Python • Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences • Must reside in Greece • Regular travel for customer onsite engagements
