📋 Description

• Support end-to-end Maximo application build, configuration, and customization activities • Design, develop, and maintain Maximo integrations using MIF, Integration Framework, web services, and APIs • Perform database configuration tasks, including object structures, relationships, attributes, and domains • Configure and support Work Management processes, including work orders, PMs, and job plans • Configure and support Supply Chain functionality, including inventory, purchasing, storerooms, and items • Develop and modify workflows, escalations, and automation scripts • Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and integration issues • Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience as a Maximo Developer/Consultant • Demonstrated exposure to Maximo application development, configuration, and integration projects • Strong knowledge of Maximo application architecture and core modules • Hands-on experience with Maximo Work Management • Experience with Maximo database configuration, including objects, attributes, relationships, and domains • Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and/or external system integrations • Working knowledge of Maximo Supply Chain, including inventory, purchasing, storerooms, and items • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases, including Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team • Familiarity with Automation Scripts, Workflows, and BIRT/Report development is a plus
