• Conduct 100% outbound prospecting by phone and connect with leads • Perform initial diagnostic assessments to map leads' context and digital maturity • Schedule meetings and smoothly transition qualified leads to the Executive (Closers) team • Keep the CRM updated with relevant information • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and qualification processes
• Proactivity, resilience and results-oriented mindset • Good listening skills, analytical reasoning and curiosity to learn • Organization and discipline to follow processes • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication • Previous experience with outbound prospecting (e.g., BDR) • Familiarity with CRM systems • Preferred: experience selling SaaS • Affinity for technology and innovation • You will be trained in the company’s sales methodology • Previous experience as a BDR or in sales roles focused on outbound prospecting • Preferred: experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) sales • Excellent verbal and written communication • Consultative argumentation skills, with the ability to structure clear reasoning, handle objections and guide the lead to understand the solution’s value • Analytical and investigative profile to deeply understand leads’ needs • Familiarity with CRM tools • Preferred: knowledge of sales funnels and qualification techniques • Interest and affinity for the technology and innovation sector
