• Offer support to the Swedish-speaking customers of E.ON Drive Comfort app • Answer questions, concerns, and issues through e-mail, chat, and WhatsApp • Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems • Teach customers how to use the app • Track customer feedback for continuous improvement • Develop and document knowledge into helpful content in internal wiki Notion • Work 7 days per week with flexible shifts
• Speak Swedish and English fluently, German is a plus • Good communicator verbally and in writing • Friendly and supportive personality • Well-organized and good at solving problems • Team player and collaborator • Previous experience in a Customer Care role is a plus • Permanent residence in Germany or the EU
