Description

• This role sits within the Product and Tech department, and reports directly to the VP of Data and Analytics • Responsible for spearheading the development, iteration, and enhancement of sophisticated business intelligence dashboards, data models, and company KPIs and metrics • Lead a team of BI analysts and engineers in the strategic planning and execution of business intelligence initiatives • Oversee the design and development of innovative business intelligence dashboards and reports • Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure the stability and scalability of data infrastructure • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify business intelligence needs and opportunities • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and analytics • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the BI skills of the team and organization

Requirements

• Extensive experience in business intelligence or a related field • Experience in a leadership role managing BI projects and teams • Hands-on experience building dashboards using cloud BI tools • Strong foundational understanding of business intelligence design principles • Highly proficient with Snowflake SQL and modeling within DBT Cloud; experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus • Basic knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data warehousing principles.
