• Develop and execute mixed-signal production test strategy to drive profitable and sustainable revenue growth • Guide Business Development Managers globally and prioritize production test opportunities • Guide Corporate Business Managers in gathering and documenting market requirements • Guide System Architects to refine market requirements into system and product requirements for R&D • Establish and interlock product roadmap with R&D and the Program Steering Group (PSG) • Prioritize R&D work and incoming customer issues with other BLLs • Provide multi-year forecasts and be accountable for driving the business to meet forecasts • Provide forecast scenarios and regular updates on market segment revenue and quarterly forecasts • Prioritize CCS/AE resources across global customer engagements • Align with SEBU Marketing Lead and Solution Marketers to develop sales enablement, technical content, and events • Develop a partner strategy with Partner Engagement Manager to expand reach • Work with Sales Management in each region on Go-To-Market plans and track revenue • Establish deep relationships with target customer management and OSATs • Coach, mentor, and develop team members and clarify role definitions within SEBU
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor production test industry • Sales, business development, product management, or technical marketing experience appreciated • Proven ability to manage and build up cross-functional teams • Demonstrated experience in creating growth strategies and driving adoption of technical products and solutions • Strong understanding of the semiconductor production test ATE market • Experience working with dynamic cultures and countries as part of a global organization • Excellent verbal and written English skills required • Ability and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Emerson will not provide sponsorship
