• Support the administrative and operational routines of the Information Technology area. • Assist in organizing and updating documents, records, spreadsheets and information databases. • Log, track and follow up on support tickets. • Route incoming requests to the responsible teams according to established procedures. • Support the monitoring of deadlines, outstanding items and responses related to tickets. • Assist in updating controls, reports and area metrics. • Support the organization of meetings, agendas, minutes and action plans. • Provide administrative support to teams involved in internal technology projects and initiatives. • Assist with organizing access permissions, requests, inventories and other internal controls. • Support the updating of procedures, manuals and knowledge bases. • Contribute to the organization and compliance of the area’s routines and processes.
• We are looking for an IT Administrative Assistant with an organized, collaborative profile who is interested in developing knowledge in the technology area. • Basic computer skills. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Interest in learning about IT processes, systems, support and routines. • Good communication, organizational skills and the ability to work in a team. • Preferred qualifications • Basic knowledge of ticketing/IT service management tools. • Previous experience in administrative tasks, customer service or operational support. • Basic understanding of IT processes. • Basic knowledge of Excel. • Technical course or ongoing degree in a technology-related field.
