• High school diploma (completed); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook); • Knowledge of insurance products (types, coverage periods, premiums, policies, and endorsements); • Experience or familiarity with Quiver and RD Station systems; • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks according to deadlines; • Strong writing and written communication skills for drafting emails and formal records; • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
