📋 Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Innovation area, contributing to the organization of information, updating controls, preparing materials, monitoring activities, and supporting communication and governance routines for innovation, technology, and digital transformation programs. • Work closely with the area’s coordination team and analysts, assisting in the execution and organization of daily tasks. • Support the coordination of activities and initiatives within the Innovation area. • Update spreadsheets, controls, timelines, and action plans. • Organize documents, files, and knowledge bases. • Support tracking of deadlines and outstanding items. • Consolidate information received from the involved departments. • Assist in managing calendars, meetings, and appointments for the area. • Prepare agendas, notes, and meeting minutes. • Monitor the progress of actions under the guidance of leadership. • Assist in the preparation and updating of PowerPoint presentations. • Organize information for reports and executive materials. • Support internal communication of the area’s initiatives and deliverables. • Help prepare content for meetings, forums, and events. • Make formatting adjustments and improve the visual organization of materials. • Update indicators and administrative controls for the area. • Consolidate data to monitor programs. • Support the preparation of information for periodic reports. • Assist in controlling documents, evidence, and records related to initiatives. • Support research, surveys, and market inquiries. • Help organize information about projects, pilots, and initiatives. • Support events, meetings, workshops, and internal innovation activities. • Provide operational support to professionals responsible for projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint. • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. • Strong organization of information and documents. • Ability to draft texts, meeting minutes, and administrative controls. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in administrative tasks, document organization, updating controls, preparing presentations, or supporting projects.
