Description

• Apply payroll best practices to the implementation of EH payroll system • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying customer needs and leading outcome-driven conversations for customer-centric solutions • Ensuring all data is managed securely and accurately • Implementing quality assurance processes for adherence to project requirements and regulatory compliance • Staying updated on industry trends for payroll optimization • Fostering collaboration and communication among team members and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3+ years payroll implementations and/or payroll experience in either Singapore or Malaysia. Experience in both countries highly desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement and management. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results.
