📋 Description

• Oversee multiple software development teams • Define organizational goals and departmental strategies • Manage software development lifecycle • Ensure software quality and performance • Collaborate with executives and department heads • Mentor software managers and leaders • Participate in hiring and onboarding • Conduct performance reviews and career planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • 10+ years of software development experience • 2+ years of people management experience • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures • Deep knowledge of Microservices, Containerization, CI/CD, and DevOps • Proven ability to lead technical discussions • Strong strategic planning and project management skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
