📋 Description

• manage and lead multiple software engineering teams, setting clear objectives and priorities • define and execute departmental strategies, including resource allocation, budgeting, and technology adoption • collaborate with other department heads and executives to ensure alignment of software initiatives • foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence • mentor and coach software managers and leaders within the organization • oversee complex software projects, monitor progress, and address challenges • participate in hiring and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training required • 10+ years of experience in software development • proven record of accomplishment of managing and leading software teams • strong strategic planning and project management skills • excellent communication and leadership abilities
