• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer • Build diverse talent pipelines through compelling job postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing strategies • Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards for consistent selection decisions • Coach hiring leaders on effective, unbiased recruitment practices • Monitor and engage on employment-focused social media sites and job boards • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles • Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies • Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with minimal oversight • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
