Description

• Spearhead transformation in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and more, driving performance excellence. • Manage Professional Services and Subscription billing (MRR, ARR, reseller), ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Lead A/R management, collections, and client resolutions to maintain strong financial health. • Oversee payments processing, vendor management, procurement, purchase orders, and bad debt accruals. • Optimize processes, implement automation, and support accurate cash projections for streamlined operations. • Ensure sales tax invoicing and compliance, contributing to financial strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: 15+ years in finance operations with expertise in project billing, sales tax invoicing, and process automation. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with 10+ years of experience in managing and developing finance teams. • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial strategy. • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to manage stakeholders effectively and lead cross-functional teams. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus. • Technology Proficiency: Experience with integrated ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and a knack for leveraging technology to enhance finance operations.
