Description

• Act as primary point of contact for clients • Maintain stellar client satisfaction • Build effective partnerships with internal teams • Develop and maintain project schedule • Identify and track milestones • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies • Act as subject matter expert on client clinical study protocol • Manage ongoing reporting of project health and profitability • Ensuring DM team delivers high-quality configurations • Ensure APM team is managing all projects effectively • Provide direction and guidance to DM and APM teams • Provide mentoring and training to DM and APM teams • Champion and expert advice and solutions • Responsable for resolving team issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience • Experience in software Project Management role • Ability to understand technical concepts quickly • Some experience in the life science industry • High-level of attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multi-task • Strong interpersonal skills • Previous experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred • Experience with voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms a plus
