📋 Description

• Develop AI-powered workflows and automations for the consultancy business • Automate data extraction from project documentation and prepare client data • Connect internal tools and integrate AI tools and automation platforms • Integrate solutions with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and specialized software • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies • Document solutions for the team • Maintain and further develop the HubSpot CRM system • Manage the website, including integrations, minor enhancements, and occasional content updates • Administer the Google Workspace environment, including user and license management • Onboard new colleagues • Support basic IT security and data protection activities • Collaborate with management and the team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT, or the necessary expertise acquired through an equivalent professional background • Practical experience with automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or comparable platforms • Experience working with AI tools • Knowledge of at least one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript, is an advantage • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, or the ability to learn it quickly • Basic knowledge of web administration, such as WordPress • Knowledge of technical integrations, including APIs and webhooks • Familiarity with Google Workspace • Basic knowledge of data protection, particularly the GDPR • Structured and self-directed approach to work • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues • Application documents including a CV and cover letter
