β’ Lead the growth, retention, and overall success of a portfolio of large, multi-service enterprise customer accounts. β’ Drive revenue expansion through consultative selling, proactive customer engagement, and disciplined account management. β’ Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. β’ Design and execute high-touch engagement plans including Executive Business Reviews, on-site visits, and strategic roadmap sessions. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address customer concerns and identify improvement opportunities. β’ Drive strategic pricing initiatives and RFP renewal processes across a portfolio of accounts. β’ Monitor account health signals, revenue trends, and market dynamics to develop growth plans. β’ Support the acquisition and onboarding of new enterprise customers by working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
β’ 8+ years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or 3PL environments. β’ Proven track record managing enterprise accounts with demonstrated ability to grow revenue and retain high-value customers. β’ Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders. β’ Deep proficiency with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and account planning methodologies. β’ Experience managing complex contract negotiations and RFP processes. β’ Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations. β’ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred.
