📋 Description

• Scheduling qualified appointments for Sales team • Researching/identifying potential customer contacts, generating leads, and uncovering high-value revenue generation opportunities • Qualifying inbound leads generated by Star’s marketing campaigns and handing qualified potential customer contacts off to the sales leadership team • Conducting outreach to potential customer contacts through outbound e-mails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, and voicemails • Communicating Star’s differentiated value proposition to potential customers in an impactful way and demonstrating why a meeting with Star would be beneficial to them/their organization • Successfully diagnosing potential customers’ key business needs to ensure high quality sales meetings once potential customer contacts are handed off to the sales team • Working the marketing team to create and update Star’s outbound BDR messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2 years Sales experience (preferably in an outbound calling environment) required • Strong verbal/written communication skills and experience with MS Office
