📋 Description

‱ Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement. ‱ Grow and retain existing OEM partners, making sure they see real value from working with Enode. ‱ Identify and sell new products to OEMs, opening up new revenue streams. ‱ Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI. ‱ Represent Enode at industry events, conferences, and on panels. ‱ Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver on partner commitments and improve our platform.

🎯 Requirements

‱ You have at least 5 years of experience in business development/partnerships, ideally in B2B software or energy. ‱ You are a natural relationship builder and can work with broad range of stakeholders. ‱ You are well-organised and independent. ‱ You have strong negotiation and diplomatic skills. ‱ You are comfortable navigating technical, commercial, and legal conversations with a range of stakeholders. ‱ You should be excited about the opportunity to identify and understand their needs, help the partner and Enode to realise value and high quality integrations. ‱ You have drive, ambition and passion to build a globally important climate tech business. ‱ You are ready to get your hands dirty, ideally with startup or scale-up experience. ‱ You have excellent communication skills, written and oral (English).
