• Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) • Ensure successful rollout and setup of the enterprise LMS • Design, develop, and maintain training courses and instructional materials • Provide support for users facing challenges with LMS or course content • Analyze LMS utilization data and metrics • Monitor system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality • Identify potential sources of increased efficiencies

Requirements

• 2+ years experience developing training content for business software • 2+ years of experience using eLearning development tools • 2+ years of experience managing enterprise-level LMS • Excellent project management and prioritization skills • Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • Customer service/helpdesk support experience • Video production and editing experience • Knowledge of Content Management Systems and Help Center best practices
