• Strategic leader within the marketing team • Drive global paid media agenda • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing initiatives • Lead a global team of paid media professionals • Develop and implement strategies for growth • Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, design, product, and analytics • Allocate and manage paid marketing budgets • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies • Mentor and foster a high-performance culture • Support and guide strategic initiatives • Cultivate a hypothesis-driven testing culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field • 7 years of experience in paid marketing • Proven track record of strategic leadership • Strong experience with Google Ads, DV360, SA360, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter • Experience with analytics, tracking, and performance analysis • Exceptional team management and leadership abilities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to assess and prioritize channels • Experience in Programmatic, Marketing Automation, onsite targeting, and SEO knowledge is a plus
