📋 Description

• Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers using outbound strategies, referrals, and inbound leads • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution • Drive market expansion and build relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies • Position Envoy Global’s immigration solutions to address customer needs and pain points • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and product to optimize the customer experience • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and provide regular reports and forecasts • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting Immigration and Mobility

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility • Proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred • Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment • Strong consultative selling skills, negotiation, and communication • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.) • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%

🏖️ Benefits

• Annual Base Salary $60,000-$80,000 • Commission OTE of $90,000 • Remote positions (Work from Home) • Up to 20-30% travel required
