📋 Description
• Maintain an overview of capacity in debt collection processing • Ensure that work assignments for outstanding receivables and the capacity and skills of our Collection Operations area are optimally organized • Continuously analyze data to optimize the interaction between the collections team and collection assignments • Proactively discuss measures that ensure the timely completion of our assignments
🎯 Requirements
• (University or technical college) degree or comparable qualification with several years of experience in workforce, intraday or performance management • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and experience with Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus • Excellent German skills and English skills at B2 level

• Hybrid work with office presence of at least 2–3 days per week • Willingness to work 1–2 days per month at another EOS location within Germany
