📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our healthcare organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment • Proven track record of successfully recruiting healthcare professionals • Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
