Description

• Design multi-agent, multi-domain autonomy algorithms for defense problems • Contribute to a growing tactical autonomy group supporting the US Navy Warfighter • Develop agile autonomy applicable to diverse problems • Implement state-of-the-art UAS multi-agent autonomy algorithms in C++ tactical military missions • Build and improve C++ robotic autonomy software architectures • Support live flight test of autonomy software on F16s and UAVs • Collaborate with 3rd party UAS vehicle vendors on software integration • Collaborate with domain experts to build software autonomy solutions for military missions

Requirements

• MS or PhD degree in Robotic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Optimization, or related engineering field • 5+ years of relevant experience designing multi-agent autonomy • Experience with Swarm Optimization or Multi-agent Systems and Optimization • Proficiency in Python and Linux • Understanding of modern C++ and willingness to develop in it • Experience with Docker, git, Visual Studio Code, and Linux-based operating systems • Passion for solving complex problems in a fast-moving team • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills • Willingness to travel as projects require • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET security clearance
