• Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and close — across the SOCOM, JSOC, JCSE, and SOUTHCOM account portfolio. • Develop and execute a territory and account plan that meets or exceeds an assigned annual bookings and revenue quota. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with government decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, program managers, contracting officers, and end-user commands. • Position Epoch Concepts' portfolio — infrastructure, storage, cybersecurity, cloud, and hyperconverged solutions — to address mission requirements and readiness objectives. • Cultivate and leverage relationships with OEM partners (e.g., Cisco, Dell, HPE/Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, VMware, Pure Storage) and prime systems integrators to build winning solutions. • Navigate DoD procurement and capture activities using appropriate contract vehicles — ITES-4H, NASA SEWP, GSA, IDIQs, BPAs, and OTAs. • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account activity in the CRM and provide regular reporting to sales leadership. • Represent Epoch Concepts at industry days, command engagements, trade shows, and partner events. • Ensure compliance with all federal acquisition regulations, ethics rules, and company policies throughout the sales process.
• 5+ years of federal technology sales experience supporting the Department of Defense. • Experience selling into Special Operations Forces, Combatant Commands, or related DoD organizations preferred. • Established relationships within the SOF/COCOM community or a demonstrated ability to rapidly build them. • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Knowledge of federal procurement processes and contract vehicles. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. • Active Secret Security Clearance required; Active Top Secret or TS/SCI eligibility preferred. • Ability to travel up to 50% (primarily Tampa, FL (MacDill AFB), Fort Bragg, NC, and Miami/Doral, FL)
