• Own the entire sales cycle—from first outbound to signed contract • Sell to elite universities, hospitals, and healthcare systems • Define and iterate on ICP, messaging, pricing, and GTM strategy • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and tooling from zero • Translate customer feedback into product and growth decisions • Be a cultural co-founder of the US team—and help hire the next wave • You think in systems, act with urgency, and learn faster than most • You’re intellectually sharp, articulate, and confident in boardroom conversations • You’ve done zero-to-one before - or have the mindset and velocity to do it now • You care deeply about doing work that matters and owning the outcomes • You’re comfortable without an SDR team or marketing engine - you build your own flywheel • You’re obsessed with performance, but allergic to corporate theatre • Bonus: background in startups, B2B SaaS, technical sales, healthcare, or edtech
