📋 Description

• Build and monitor KPIs to track portfolio performance and proactively address gaps • Develop strong, consultative relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the DACH market • Represent Equativ at regional industry events, trade shows, and client meetings • Actively prospect, pitch, and close new publisher and/or data partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signature and onboarding • Drive revenue growth within your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand, Product, Marketing) to maximize inventory value and campaign delivery • Feed market intelligence back into the business to sharpen our go-to-market approach in the region

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role within the digital advertising industry • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets • Strong hunter mentality combined with the ability to nurture long-term partnerships • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Solid understanding of AdTech products such as SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic ecosystems • Existing network of publisher contacts in the DACH market • Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
