Description

• Building data models and automated reports • Visualizing & storytelling with data • Participating in Quality Assurance (QA) and Peer Review processes to ensure data quality • Training/assisting users of our Business Intelligence (BI) platform • Performing ad-hoc analyses as needed

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst • Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and reports using BI tools (Mode, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Quicksight, etc.) • Proficient in SQL • Experience with statistical scripting / analysis tools (Python, R, etc.) • Ability to write clear, maintainable, extensible and testable code • Familiarity with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data • Experience with Git / GitHub • Experience communicating and collaborating with diverse teams • Organized and results-driven • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that is subject to rapid change and innovation Bonus if you have the following: • A masters degree in a health-related field (e.g., public health, social work, nutrition) • Experience with healthcare data and/or previous experience working in healthtech • Experience with dbt and AWS services (Glue, Athena) • Familiarity with A/B testing techniques • Passion for mental health, eating disorder treatment, and expanding access to treatment
