• EquipmentShare is searching for a Corporate Parts Support Specialist for our corporate office to support our team as the department continues to grow. This is a remote position that will cover Reno, NV and the surrounding locations within the Region. • EquipmentShare is seeking a Corporate Parts Support Specialist to be responsible for working with multiple teams across several divisions and platforms to provide the best possible support for our Parts Managers in the Field.
• High School Diploma • Experience in equipment maintenance • A strong understanding of all aspects of service, parts, and warranty • 3 years of parts experience is preferred • A strong understanding of purchasing and logistics • The ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services • Must be extremely detail-oriented • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • The ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with vendors and customers throughout every step of the parts purchasing process • May be required to lift 25-50 lbs • Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting • Required to travel 75% of the time • Excellent in follow-up and documentation
