Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of recent experience working with H1B visas • Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases • Detail-oriented and organized • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Proficiency in legal software and databases and using Microsoft Office programs • Availability to respond promptly during specific hours • Own laptop and smartphone with internet access
