• Prepare financial progress reports including tracking spreadsheets • Develop and maintain project planning tools • Assist in preparing final deliverables • Organize technical meetings • Manage key management assets in SharePoint • Assist in preparing technical reports • Occasionally attend client meetings

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or 3 years of administrative experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and Adobe Acrobat • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word functions • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong organizational and planning skills • Excellent communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks • Proactively learns new skills in Microsoft software suite • Experience in federal contract reporting and tracking
